For a pharmaceutical expert conference in Berlin with 160 participants, we delivered an immersive event featuring an ultra-wide projection and 60 video inserts per day. Our services included concept creation, stage design, content production, technical event execution, showcalling, and breakout management, ensuring a state-of-the-art and impactful experience.
SUMMIT
For a prestigious summit in London with 750 participants from the consulting industry, we transformed an exclusive hotel into a dynamic event space, featuring an outstanding stage design, a product presentation area, and 25 breakout rooms hosting 120 sessions. Our services included concept development, stage and booth design, technical event production, showcalling, and breakout management, delivering a seamless and impactful experience tailored to the client’s vision.
CHARITY GALA
For the Charity Gala of the Toni Kroos Foundation, we transformed a bare industrial hall in Cologne into an elegant venue for 400 VIPs, featuring 4 stunning 3.5m chandeliers and 5 show acts. Our services included experience space and stage design, technical planning and supervision, and showcalling, creating a cost-efficient yet magnificent event that perfectly reflected the foundation’s purpose.
CONGRESS
For a financial sector congress with over 1,000 participants in Frankfurt, we delivered a modern multimedia experience with 80 video inserts and a one-night setup. Our services included full congress support, state-of-the-art stage design, construction drawings, and comprehensive technical services, ensuring a flawlessly executed and visually impactful event.
SPONSORSHIP
For the main sponsor of the prestigious America’s Cup, we designed an innovative 250sqm brand booth on the island of Bermuda, delivered in just six weeks. Our services included concept creation, booth design, construction drawings, and preparation of tender documents, ensuring a seamless execution and a standout presence at the 14-day event.
GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY
In just six weeks, we delivered a groundbreaking ceremony for 450 guests, including the Chancellor, handling groundwork, permits, and security clearances. The event featured 8,500 tons of gravel for terrain preparation and a 1,250 sqm VIP tent with custom interiors, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
VIRTUAL SPACE
In just three days, we successfully transitioned a face-to-face event into a fully virtual meeting for 180 participants, overcoming the challenge posed by strikes. With seamless technical execution, a comprehensive studio setup, and a user-friendly platform, we managed four parallel streams and multiple breakouts without a single issue, ensuring a flawless and impactful event.
PUBLIC EVENT
We delivered a vibrant Summer Festival in Alzey, hosting 6,000 guests across 8,500 sqm with 25 exhibitors.
