Conception, creation, presentation and realization of meetings, events, conferences and incentives

Researching, requesting and commissioning project-related trades, invoicing and budget responsibility

Implementation and management of projects on site

Interface between clients, agencies and service providers

Preparation of final accounts, creation of project documentation and follow-up

Recognizing opportunities to expand our customer relationships through additional services




Completed studies or vocational training in the field of tourism, MICE

2+ years of experience in project management

Enjoy working with customers, service mindset, resilience, diligence, independence but real team player

Business fluent in written and spoken German and English

Good-humored, confident & well-groomed appearance in dealing with customers & colleagues

Knowledge of the healthcare industry is an advantage

Very good MS Office skills
